Creare è sempre stata un'esigenza. La curiosità per il cucito deriva da una nonna 'cucirina'. La passione per le stampe arriva in seguito ... silenziosa, sfociando poi in una forza da seguire.
Nel 2012 prende forma il project di Madam. Grazie ad un periodo vissuto in Ghana, i colori delle wax prints africane hanno risvegliato la curiosità per il mondo della decorazione tessile, approfondita in seguito a Firenze presso l'Accademia Italiana.
Imola. Ritornare verso casa arricchita di immagini, sperando di riportare visivamente un viaggio.

Who is Madam? Isotta Sabbioni, Italian textile designer and artisan.
Creating has always been a need. Curiosity for sewing comes from Madam's grandmother who was a professional seamstress. The passion for prints comes later ... silently flowing into the force to be followed.
In 2012 Madam's project starts to take shape, whilst living in Ghana, the vibrant colors and designs of the African wax prints awakened the curiosity for Madam's textile design, then enhanced later in Florence at Accademia Italiana.
Imola (Italy). Back home and enriched with images, Madam is visually communicating her journey.
The clothes and accessories designed by Madam have now arrived.
Simple lines to enhance the prints, large volumes to make elegant, African wax prints and hand-made prints designed and created by block printing or screen printing techniques. Bespoke and personal pieces.. because being unique is what makes us all wonderful!
